What happens if the clutch disc is broken?
A broken clutch driven disc will cause the clutch to shake when the car starts; the clutch is not completely separated, and the gear shift is difficult.
The clutch disc is the worst working condition and the most vulnerable parts of the clutch. If the driven friction plate is visually inspected for serious damage, rupture, ablation, etc., the friction plate must be replaced; the overall deformation and deflection shall be checked and corrected; if the clearance between the spline sleeve and the output shaft spline exceeds the specification, the friction plate must be replaced.
